The raw material quality standard and the specification must be understood clearly and confirmed for every of our supplier before they produce. We take an inspection on raw materials when receiving from our suppliers.

Make sure we receive the raw materials as scheduled. Cast Just In Time(JIT) manufacturing processes that the production lead time could be control precisely.

Every worker must be trained and audited before being arranged in an assembly line.

Before bulk products be packed, a top sample(production sample) could be delivered for customer’s approval

Our QC team will make inspections on finished products according to the approved sample.

Test report requirement is optional service for our customers. We send the finished products or raw materials to a 3rd party lab for physical or chemical property test.
